No Worries by Kahal ran on for a fourth in the Vodacom Durban July for owner Brian Burnard and trainer Gavin Van Zyl. The three year old chestnut gelding impressed in the Daily News 2000 by running a very close second to winner Vercingetorix, which prompted owner Brian Burnard to supplement No Worries into the July entries.
He finished just three lengths off the winner Heavy Metal, Run For It and Do You Remember. From 12 starts, No Worries has won twice and placed six times including the KRA Guineas Gr 2, the Gauteng Guineas Gr 2 and the Listed Guineas Trial. Kahal had a place last year with gelding Smanjemanje, who finished a very close second to Pomodoro.
Emperor Augustus finished third in the Thukela Handicap Listed on Vodacom Durban July day over 1600m. Trained by Mike Azzie, the five year old gelding finished just over a length from Lehaaf(ARG) and Blaze Of Fire. Ever consistent, Emperor Augustus has had 17 starts, being out of the placings just twice. He has won twice and placed in the Wolf Power 1600 Listed and Drum Star Handicap Listed.
