Three Winners For King's Chapel In Three Days, Nine Places

King's Chapel has notched up three winners in the past ten days, with nine places.

After placing five times, Kartouche got her win at Flamingo Park for owner trainer Mr D Cason. The half-sister to Badge Of Choice won by almost three lengths over 1800m under Evert Pheiffer.

The next win came from the Duncan Howells Racing Stable, with our Bush Hill-bred Kali's King (pictured) winning for the first time over 2000m at Greyville after placing twice previously - coming close in his previous start to finish second by a nose over 1950m. The gelding is owned by Mr J Sarkis and was ridden to victory by Brandon Lerena.

Burgandy Rose, a three year old filly out of Catbelle by Martinelli collected her first win for owner trainer Mr Leon Erasmus at the Vaal yesterday afternoon. The filly has placed five times previously and enjoys the 1000m sprint. She won from a first draw by a length from At A Glance and Lady Of The World.

Congratulations to all concerned.
