Milla's World Wins Well

A son of Ideal World, Bush Hill-bred Milla's World won an impressive second start at the Vaal by half a length over 1700m on the turf.

Trained by Sean Tarry for Mr R Hanna, the three year old colt out of a Fort Wood mare Milla went off at 28/10 from a seventh draw under jockey Raymond Danielson.

Sold at the 2014 National Yearling Sale for R160 000, he is a half-brother to five other winners. His dam Milla is out of Lady Shirley Bird, making Milla a full-sister to Dog Rose, and a half-sister to Maximum Power and Lady Shirldor. It is also the immediate damline of Kestrel and Banbury, Colonial Girl and English Garden.

Congratulations to all concerned.
